As a subsidiary of HNA Airlines, Lucky Air officially launched on February 26, 2006 and joined Liaoning Fangda Group on December 8, 2021. Its main operation bases are Kunming, Chengdu, etc. At present, it has built a distinctive tourism route network with Kunming and Chengdu as the development core, and the branch lines in the southwest region and the high plateau routes in Tibet as the core competitiveness, radiating the whole country and facing South Asia and Southeast Asia.

Since 2006, Lucky Air has been operating safely for 19 years. At present, Lucky Air has established a three-dimensional route network with Kunming, Chengdu as the center, Zhengzhou, Wuhan as the auxiliary, connecting the first and second lines of the country and major provincial capitals, radiating South Asia and Southeast Asia. As of now, the fleet of Lucky Air has reached 50, more than 150 domestic and international routes and 70 navigable cities.
