Our steel operations, a core segment of our business, boast an annual production capacity of 20 million tons of steel.
Fangda Special Steel Technology Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Pinggang Industrial Co., Ltd., and Sichuan Dazhou Steel Group Co., Ltd. under the Fangda Group are important spring flat steel, automobile leaf spring and free-cutting steel production bases in China. Large-scale construction steel production base and an important high-quality, high-strength seismic steel production base in western China. The main products of the steel sector include auto parts steel, rebar, high-speed wire, small steel, medium and heavy plates, special steel (including free-cutting steel) and many other series, which are widely used in construction, bridges, automobiles, ships, and equipment Manufacturing and other fields.
Fangda Steel Group ranked sixth in the "2019 Ranking of Comprehensive Competitiveness of Chinese Steel Enterprises", and it was the only private steel enterprise to be ranked in the top ten; it was successfully included in the top 50 in the 2020 world steel enterprise technology competitiveness rating evaluation. In 2023, Fangda Steel's total profit ranked eighth in the industry. its subsidiaries, Fangda Special Steel and Jiujiang Steel, ranked first and second respectively in terms of profit per ton of steel.
In March 2023, Fangda Special Steel, Jiujiang Iron & Steel, Dazhou Iron & Steel, and Jiangxi Pinggang occupied the top four positions in terms of profit per ton of steel. In the first quarter of 2025, Jiujiang Iron & Steel and Fangda Special Steel under Fangda Steel Group ranked first and second respectively in terms of profit per ton of steel. Fangda Special Steel's return on net assets, sales profit margin, and profitability per ton of steel have always been in the first place in China's steel industry. Fangda Steel Group ranks 91st among the top 500 Chinese private enterprises in 2024 .

It is also a production base dedicated to producing high-quality spring steel flat bars and automotive leaf springs.
Jiujiang Steel
Jiujiang Pxsteel Co., Ltd. (Jiujiang Steel) is a steel manufacturing JV specializing in sintering, ironmaking, steelmaking, and rolling, with an annual production capacity of 5.5 million tons of steel. It has more than 5900 employees and is located in the High-Tech Industrial Park of Hukou County, Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province.
Ping-An Steel
Pingxiang Anyuan Pxsteel Co., Ltd. (Ping-An Steel), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangxi Pxsteel Industrial Co., Ltd. within Fangda Group, boasts total assets of 13.2 billion yuan and a workforce of nearly 7400 employees, covering an area of ~287 hectares. As a key part of Fangda Group's steel sector (Jiangxi Fangda Steel Group Co., Ltd.), it plays a crucial role in the Group's steel operations.

Sichuan Dazhou Iron & Steel Group Co., Ltd. (Dazhou Steel), founded in 1958, is located in Dazhou City of Sichuan Province, which is known as the city of natural gas and the ancestral home of the Ba people in China. It stands as the largest industrial company in Dazhou City.

Jinan Fangda Chongtan Automobile Suspension Co., Ltd. (Jinan Chongtan) is a high-tech company jointly established by Fangda Group through Chongqing Hongyan Fangda Automobile Suspension Co., Ltd. (CHFAS), which is controlled by Fangda Special Steel, in partnership with Shandong Xinhai Investment Co., Ltd. The company covers an area of ~88,000㎡ and has a registered capital of 74.8 million yuan.

Jiangxi Fangda Changli Automobile Parts Co., Ltd. (Fangda Changli), located at 1666 Tianxiang North Avenue, High-Tech Zone, Nanchang City, covers 12.0296 hectares with a total floor area of 72,141.63㎡. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangxi Fangda Special Steel Automobile Suspension Group Co., Ltd., it belongs to Fangda Special Steel (stock code: 600507).
Tongda Iron Separation
Benxi Tongda Iron Ore Processing Co., Ltd. (Tongda Processing) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fangda Special Steel. It owns a mine and seven operational systems, including a total of 13 shafts in System 1 and System 2 of Area I, Gunzigou Village of Area II, Guoxigou Village of Area III, Huligou Village of Area III, Nianpangou Village of Area III, and Iron Mine Area V.
Zhongchuang Mining
Xinyu Zhongchuang Mining Co., Ltd. (Zhongchuang Mining), established on April 26, 2000, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangxi Pxsteel Industrial Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. The company focuses on producing iron concentrates. Its iron mine covers 5.6487 k㎡, with proven iron ore reserves of ~45 million tons and an annual production capacity of 500,000 tons of iron concentrates.

(CHFAS) is a mixed-ownership company jointly established by Jiangxi Fangda Special Steel Automobile Suspension Group Co., Ltd. (FDSSAS), which belongs to Fangda Group, and Chongqing Machinery and Electronics Holding (Group) Co., Ltd. (Chongqing Machinery & Electronics).
Kunming Chunying
Liaoning Fangda Group Industry Co., Ltd. - Kunming Fangda Chunying Leaf Spring Co., Ltd. (Kunming Chunying) was founded in 1965 as Kunming Forestry Automotive Repair Shop of Yunnan Province. In January 2010, Kunming Changli Chunying Leaf Spring Co., Ltd. joined Fangda Group and changed its name to Kunming Fangda Chunying Leaf Spring Co., Ltd.
