Pingxiang Pinggang AnYuan steel co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “PingAn Steel”) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Liaoning Fangda Group with total assets of 13.2 billion RMB, covers an area of 4300 acre, nearly 7400 employees, it is a large long process steel enterprise integrating with sintering, iron-making, steel-making, rolling. The main production includes construction steel bar, high-speed wire, coiled reinforced bar, welding steel and wire drawing steel and other multi-varieties, multi-specification products.  It has two production areas, one is An Yuan production area, which was built in 2002 and put into operation in 2004.  Second is Eastern Hunan production area, formerly known as Pingxiang Pingsteel Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., is the birthplace of Jiangxi Pingsteel Industrial Co., Ltd located in Xiashan kou, Xiangdong District, Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province. It was established in 1954 and put into operation in 1957, making it the earliest iron and steel enterprise in Jiangxi Province. Ping Steel has passed the ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system and OHSAS18001 occupational safety and health management system certification and health operation. The company has won many honors, such as "Golden Cup Award" for physical quality of national metallurgical products, "Top Ten Rebar Production Enterprises in China", "Top Ten best-selling brands of rebar production in China" etc.
