Xinyu Zhongchuang Mining Co. Ltd (Hereinafter referred to as "Zhongchuang Mining") was established on April 26, 2000, it is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangxi Pinggang Industrial Co., Ltd. The registered capital of the company is 50 million RMB.  The company is located in Liangshan town, Yushui District, Xinyu city and Jiulong mountain township, Fairy lake district. It takes 30 minutes to reach Xinyu city and 5 minutes to drive to Wuji Expressway. The traffic is very convenient.

Zhongchuang Mining covers an area of 5.6657 square kilometers (0.4488 square kilometers for mining area I and 5.2169 square kilometers for mining area II), with accumulative proven iron ore reserves of about 62,515,800 tons and an annual production capacity of 400,000 tons of iron fine powder.

In November 2010, Zhongchuang Mining was restructured by Liaoning Fangda Group Industry Co., Ltd. After the reorganization, Fangda Group adheres to the management policies such as corporate values of "operating enterprises must be beneficial to the nation, enterprises and employees".  “Listen to President Xi and follow the Party”. “Be good to employees and build a harmonious enterprise ”, “To govern enterprises according to laws”.
