In May 2019, Liaoning Fangda Group actively responded to the call of the CPC Central Committee and General Secretary Mr. Xi Jinping and organized its subsidiaries to actively participate in poverty alleviation in Dongxiang County, Gansu Province.  In more than a year, a total of 550 million yuan has been invested in Dongxiang County, 27 industrial poverty alleviation projects have been implemented, 31 poverty alleviation workshops have been revitalized, and more than 9700 people have been employed. The monthly per capita income of the employed people in Dongxiang is more than 2600 yuan, which has stimulated the endogenous driving force to get rid of poverty. On November 21, 2020, Dongxiang County withdrew from the poverty-stricken county series to achieve poverty alleviation. In February 2021, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council awarded Liaoning Fangda group the "national advanced collective for poverty alleviation". In May 2021, Fang Wei, chairman of the board of directors of Liaoning Fangda group, won the title of advanced individual in poverty alleviation in Gansu Province.

In 2020, the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic raged around the world. Under the strong leadership of the Party Central Committee, the whole country united to fight the epidemic. The group goes all out to do a good job in internal joint prevention and control to ensure the life safety and health of employees. RMB 300 million was donated to Hubei, Liaoning, Jiangxi, Gansu and other regions, totaling 220000 bottles of vitamin C tablets, 179000 medical masks, 93000 bottles of ethanol disinfectant, 94000 sets of protective clothing, 1.1 million medical gloves, 15000 pairs of protective boots and 5000 pairs of goggles, ranking first in the manufacturing industry of the national "list of heroes of anti epidemic enterprises", Novel coronavirus pneumonia has won the honor of the national "advanced private enterprise against new crown pneumonia".

In July 2021, Henan and other places suffered continuous heavy rainfall, and Zhengzhou and many other places suffered severe floods, making the flood control situation very severe.  General Secretary Mr.Xi Jinping has given important instructions on flood control and relief work.  Liaoning Fangda Group's board of directors held a special meeting to make arrangements, and immediately contacted Henan Charity Federation to donate 100 million RMB in cash and 100 million RMB worth of emergency relief materials, which will be used to ensure the personal safety of local people, purchase emergency relief materials and post-disaster reconstruction work.

In order to ensure that donations reach the front line in Henan as soon as possible, the group made bank transfers in the form of 100 transactions and 1 million yuan each when the bank's large payment system was closed that night. The donated materials were loaded and transported overnight. All departments and units went all out. Party members and cadres rushed to the front line to gather a strong force to support flood control and disaster relief.

Since its establishment, Liaoning Fangda group has been practicing the corporate purpose of "taking from the society and returning to the society", committed to public welfare undertakings with a fist and fist heart, and made contributions to the construction of a harmonious society.
