GX Airlines
GX Airlines, officially operational since February 16, 2015, was jointly established by HNA Aviation Group and the Guangxi Government with co-investment from Hainan Airlines and Guangxi Beitou Civil Aviation Investment. It later joined Fangda Group on December 8, 2021. The airline operates primarily from Nanning Wuxu International Airport, with a fleet of 25 aircraft including 13 A320s and 12 ERJ190 jets, serving 66 routes across 46 cities.
Fuzhou Airlines
Fuzhou Airlines, established and funded by HNA Aviation Group and the Fuzhou Government, is committed to its mission of connecting the Maritime Silk Road through Fujian Province. Urumqi Air

Air Changan
Air Changan was established during the implementation of the pivotal Silk Road Economic Belt initiative. It became a certified air carrier on April 5, 2016, and made its maiden flight later on May 9.
